Job Summary
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will work closely with the Haberfeld sales team to complete tasks and projects for lead generation and relationship building. You will be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects.
Essential Functions

- Help coordinate and organize weekly internal sales meetings.
- Assist sales team with lead generation activities including development and execution of physical outreach.
- Manage mailing projects for the sales team and company.
- Manage inventory of all marketing and exhibiting materials for the sales team.
- Manage conference exhibit booth equipment, shipping, and logistics.
- Help the sales team with ongoing communications with other internal departments.
- Complete administrative paperwork for the sales team.
- Other duties as assigned.
Competencies
- Strong analytical skills (including proficiency with Microsoft Excel) and experience with reporting and data analysis.
- Preferred proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Preferred proficiency in marketing automation systems and integrating those systems with other technologies and processes (Haberfeld uses Salesforce and Pardot).
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
- Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
- Timely attendance.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a part-time position. The hours are flexible within our normal business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Associates Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
- Administrative experience
- Banking knowledge/experience.
